COMBI-LAMINATION

    Paper label C1S laminated with a density range 55 to 90 g/m2 white with lamination from 10 to 20 gsm.

 

On the front side the paper is with a glossy finish as indicated by the C1S designation, on the other side we apply extrusion polyethylene lamination.

The glossy base meets the high requirements of color rendering when printing. It is advisable to use label paper for printing bright designs of flexible packaging, more details are below:

 

● Base paper 45 and 50 with lamination from 10 to 12 g / m2 is widely used for packing in sticks such products as sugar, salt, pepper, spices, etc.

● Base paper 60 and 70 with lamination from 15 to 20 g / m2 is widely used for packaging heavier products with a larger capacity, because the material is used more durable with a large lamination layer, often it can be frozen products.

 

The lamination layer provides good heat sealability both under temperature and ultrasonic action.

The material is widely used for packaging products in industrial lines, for this we supply material in customer formats, with a width of 60 to 1000 mm.

Kraft cupboard laminated with polyethylene by extrusion.

Properties and advantages of the material:
- waterproof and grease resistance;
- tightness and increased strength of packaging;
- resistance to mechanical stress and abrasion.

Laminated Kraft cupboard is used for:
- manufacture cups and plates, boxes. Paper cups for bulk products (popcorn) and for water-based liquids (tea, coffee, carbonated water), disposable tableware that are used in vending machines, ice cream, fast breakfasts;
- manufacture of paper bags with handles;
- manufacture of waterproof packaging (for fruits and vegetables that are stored in wet conditions);
- backing for vacuum bags (for packing of cutting fish, sausages).
